4. We forbid to allocate our advertising on sites which contain child pornography in its any kind, also zoo porno, rape and other materials prohibited by the USA law.

5. Banners, provided for our sites advertising, have to be located on your own server.

6. We don't permit to use our banners for advertising of sites which aren't related with our program.

7. You can use our free content for creating your own promo materials with proviso that they will be used for advertising of our sites only.

8. The usage of our free content for advertising not our sites is prohibited.

9. If the amount of charge backs is more than one for the current period, then for each next charge back for this period you'll be amerced for $ 15 per each.

Payouts

10. We make payments to our webmastres twice a month: 5-th date for 1-15 period of the previous month and 20-th date for 16-31 period of the previous month.

11. The lead time before payments for Fethard, ePassporte and CG PAY account holders may take more than 5 days by reason of possible delays of cash credits to our accounts of these systems.

12. The payments are making in USD.

13. We charge you $20 for wire transfer; if sum of your payout is more than $1000 - we will not charge you; for transfer to Fethard, ePassporte and CG PAY - no charge.
